I first met Chantha in 2015 at Crunch Fitness. She was one of the persons that would do one-on-one workouts with you as part of your introduction to the Club. I was immediately taken by here relaxed easy-going approach to doing a training session. Her optimism about getting in shape and losing weight inspired me to continue working with her when she began her private business. I find seeing her 2 times a week makes it easier for me to work out every day, which I have done since the beginning. A well trained professional Chantha keeps herself up to date by attending workshops in physical therapy and fitness programs. I am forever thankful to have found her help as I remain very flexible and strong at my 82 years of age.

I’ve been working with Chantha for 6yrs, And since then, she’s completely changed the way I train, eat and live.She’s constantly upskilling, and everything she learns she imparts on me. I’m sure she does the same for all her clients, but making you feel important is one of her many qualities.Her method is holistic. She focuses on strength, mobility, nutrition and self care.And while I only see her once a week, she always makes time to answer my questions and offer advice between sessions. She actually checks in on how I'm feeling and what I’m eating, and this motivates me even more.Chantha makes sure I have a range of exercises to keep me on track when I’m not with her, so I never feel alone, even when I’m training solo.Her commitment to you makes you want to show up and give your all. And the more you put in, the more she gives back. I think that’s because Chantha doesn’t work for her clients, she works with them.She brings levity to every session and makes sure I’m always improving. I just deadlifted a PR today of 185lbs on the straight bar which is nearly 1.5 times my body weight and I couldn’t have done it without her coaching.I’m so grateful for her impact on my life and couldn’t recommend her more to anyone who is really committed to making a change in themselves.

Chantha has been an absolute God Send! I'm fairly familiar with fitness, but as I get older and more involved in my career, I'm less committed. As a trainer she has mentally, physically, & emotionally pushed me; and held me accountable. Being trained by her was never boring and never the same routines. Though it may have been a "chest day", she found different workouts to activate my pecs. Moreover, I felt as the weeks passed the workouts I was doing were specifically for ME & not a generic routine. She pushes you beyond your physical limits, which in turn unlocked new enlightenment for my mental and emotional health. **Side note** she should probably invoice me for therapy sessions because she's such a great listener. (LOL) Most people naturally have anxiety about the gym or feel exhausted during workouts. That all dissipates when you see her wonderful smile. CHANTHA MAKES FITNESS EASY!!! Do yourself a favor & book her immediately, your life will change for the better.
