Join me with the BOOM Experience. This is a weekend getaway for anyone wanting to take a moment in their stressful life to pause, breathe, reset and take charge of their life.
This experience will focus on our mind, body, and soul. We will be working on breath work, journaling, moving our bodies with yoga, mobility and exercise. Our bodies will be fueled daily with our special guest and celebrity chef, where we will fuel our bodies with nutrients and learn to eat for a healthy and happy life. We will be moving our breath and body with intention and practicing positive talk and thoughts that will heal our soul.

The huge open concept living space, with a sleek Italian kitchen that boasts luxury appliances but comfy furniture to relax and unwind. You'll look out through the glass wall system that opens the space to a beautiful river front deck and yard.

- Arrival: between 1pm-2pm Friday October 20th

What if I’m not fit enough to do workout/Yoga?
I’m a personal trainer first :) so I will be watching your form and I will help modify any movements we do. We can easily regress or progress movements. Wellness is for all :)
How can I get to the Retreat if I don’t have a car?
Once you book package we will send you address, from the city there is a bus from Port Authority ($3-11) 1 hour 2mins. or a train you can take from Grand central ($9-21) for 46mins and then a 16min Uber to house.
What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend the event after registering?
- Cancellations received 21 days prior to the retreat's start date will receive a refund of the fee minus a 25% deposit of packaged booked.
- Cancellations received 14 days prior to the retreat's start date will receive a 50% refund of the package booked.
**We regret that we are unable to refund any cancellation received less than 14 days prior to the retreat's start date.
I’m very shy and I don’t know if I should come alone?
This will be a safe community of women who are here to make friends and work on their health, you won’t be alone. You will discover more about yourself as well a make new friends. You are more than welcome to bring a friend, see packages for shared beds.
The packages seems like a lot of money, is it going to be worth it?
This experience is carefully planned and crafted to give the guest the highest standard of service and detail to help embody wellness in all forms of mindset, spiritual and physical.
What if I’m allergic to a certain type of food?
Once you sign up and select a package for retreat we will send you a form asking about your dietary restrictions, our chef will easily accommodate your needs.
Will I get free/ “alone” time ?
We have an agenda for the weekend but yes there will be couple hours during the weekend where you can nap, read.
Is this only for females?
Yes this first one is only females, in the future there will be international retreats where men and women can come :)
Do I need to bring anything?
YES, an open mind, open heart and good vibes only! You will get a list once you register for a spot; toiletries, hiking boots, etc.
Can I do payment plans?
The first payment will be 50% of total package you choose, After you will get 2 payment plans up to the last 2 weeks of retreat.
What’s the goal of the retreat?
This retreat is for anyone that wants to optimize their health in every aspect of wellness, with mindfulness, gratitude, nutrition, exercise, movement and learning to manage stress with breath work and taking action to creating an amazing life and the best version of themselves.
